Postdoctoral researchers in cancer biology laboratories can
obtain support and information regarding career development, funding
opportunities, and workshops on grant writing, negotiating skills, and
alternate career paths through Penn’s Biomedical Postdoctoral Programs
(BPP) office. The first of its kind in the nation, the BPP office provides expert advice and guidance for postdoctoral trainees at every
level, and serves researchers at the Perelman School of Medicine, the School of
Veterinary Medicine, the School of Nursing, the School of Dental Medicine, the
Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and The Wistar Institute.
