Program Description
This collaborative program provides junior faculty the opportunity to present their research and network at the following participating institutions:
- University of Pennsylvania Abramson Cancer Center
- Emory University Winship Cancer Institute
- Case Western Reserve University Case Comprehensive Cancer Center
- University of Michigan Rogel Cancer Center
- University of California San Francisco Helen Diller Family Comprehensive Cancer Center
The ACC will select two junior faculty with ACC membership to visit one of the partnering institutions mentioned above and present their research at a cancer-related event (i.e., Grand Rounds). In exchange, the ACC will also host a total of two visiting junior faculty.
Selected scholars will present their research between February and May 2024. The cost of travel will be provided.
Eligibility
- Assistant Professors in the first ~5 years of appointment (pre-promotion)
- Members of the Abramson Cancer Center
- In process of building a robust research portfolio
- If applicable, in year 2 or 3 of the K award
