Hannah H. Lee, MD, PhD, is now on the faculty of Penn Orthopaedics. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, from which she received both her MD and PhD degrees, Dr. Lee completed a residency in orthopedic surgery and a fellowship in hand surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.
Dr. Lee is a hand and wrist specialist. Her clinical focus includes surgical and non-surgical approaches to wrist and thumb arthritis, as well as nerve injuries and transfers to the upper extremities.
Her research interests include hand and upper extremity disease processes, cartilage and nerve regeneration using stem cells, and bone healing.
