Chris Anthony, MD, has joined the faculty of the Penn Medicine Department of Orthopaedics. A graduate of the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, Dr. Anthony completed an orthopaedic surgery residency in the University of Iowa Health Care Department of Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. He is, in addition, a graduate of several distinguished fellowship programs, including the Washington University School of Medicine Joint Preservation, Resurfacing & Replacement Fellowship program.
Dr. Anthony's clinical interests include hip preservation and resurfacing, and hip and knee replacement. A former professional football player with the NY Dragons and the Quad City Steamwheelers of the Arena Football League, Dr. Anthony was a wide receiver and team captain for the Iowa State University Cyclones.
Dr. Anthony will see patients at Penn Medicine Radnor and Pennsylvania Hospital.
