A graduate of Harvard Medical School, Ashwin Nathan, MD, completed his internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and fellowships in cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Nathan is an interventional cardiologist. His clinical specialties include complex coronary interventions, including MitraClip and TAVR procedures, alcohol septal ablation for hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, and percutaneous invasive management of venous thromboembolic disease, among other interventions.
Board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine, Dr. Nathan sees patients at the Heart and Vascular Center in the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine and Penn Heart and Vascular Center Radnor.
