Dana DiRenzo, MD, MHS, is now on the faculty of the Division of Rheumatology at Penn Medicine.

A graduate of Temple University School of Medicine, Dr. DiRenzo completed her internal medicine residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. She then concurrently completed a rheumatology fellowship at the Johns Hopkins Medical School and a Master of Health Science in Clinical Investigation at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health. Most recently, she was on faculty at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

Board certified in internal medicine, rheumatology and musculoskeletal ultrasound, Dr. DiRenzo specializes in general rheumatology. Her clinical focus includes Sjogrens Syndrome and inflammatory arthritis, with a specialty in diagnostic ultrasound. Dr. DiRenzo’s research interests include understanding ways to improve quality of life for people living with rheumatic disease. She has a certification in mindfulness and meditation and enjoys talking to her patients about mental health, diet, and exercise.
