Dr. Katya Rascovsky earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, San Diego. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship in neuropsychology at the Memory and Aging Center, University of California San Francisco, where she also worked as an Instructor and Assistant Professor.

Dr. Rascovsky’s research focuses on identifying the cognitive and behavioral markers of behavioral variant frontotemporal dementia (bvFTD). Her research also includes studies of survival and clinical progression of patients with frontotemporal degeneration. Dr. Rascovsky is a native Spanish speaker and has broad experience in research and care of Latino dementia patients both in Latin America and the US. She has a clinical interest in young-onset dementia, traumatic brain injury and cognitive assessment of Spanish-speaking patients.

Dr. Rascovsky sees patients at the Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine.
