Michelle Gentile, MD, PhD, is a graduate of Cambridge University, where she received a PhD in Oncology, and the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. She then completed an internship at St Francis Hospital in Evanston, IL, followed by a residency in radiation oncology at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a fellowship in proton therapy at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.
Dr. Gentile specializes in the treatment of a range of cancers including head and neck, breast and gynecologic malignancies. Her clinical expertise includes stereotactic body radiation therapy and image‐guided radiation therapy, as well as pencil‐beam spot‐scanning proton beam therapy.
Board certified in radiation oncology, Dr. Gentile sees patients at Penn Radiation Oncology Pennsylvania Hospital.
