Christine Chan, MD, was most recently an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology at the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. A graduate of the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, in the Bronx, NY, Dr. Chan completed her internship and residency at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center. She subsequently completed fellowships in gastroenterology and hepatology and transplant hepatology at the McGaw Medical Center of Northwestern University/Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Chan's clinical and research interests focus upon diseases of the liver and liver transplantation.
Board certified in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and transplant hepatology, Dr. Chan sees patients at Penn Digestive and Liver Health Center University City.
