Christopher J. Schmoyer, MD, has joined the faculty of Penn Gastroenterology. A graduate of Commonwealth Medical College (now Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine), Dr. Schmoyer completed a residency in internal medicine in the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System, where he also completed a fellowship in gastroenterology. A second fellowship in gastroenterology followed at Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University.
Dr Schmoyer's clinical interests include small bowel disease, including celiac disease.
