The Penn Spine Center welcomes Quinn Tate, MD, MS.

Dr. Tate earned his medical degree from the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he completed a residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He then completed a fellowship in polytrauma at the University of Utah School of Medicine and George E. Whalen VA Medical Center in Salt Lake City, and a fellowship in pain medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to his medical education, Dr. Tate earned a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering at the University of Utah.

Dr. Tate’s specialties include pain management for acute and chronic back and neck pain, including spinal injections, epidural, and peripheral nerve stimulation, as well as ultrasound-guided joint injections, nerve blocks, and peripheral nerve stimulation.

His research involves techniques and mechanisms of central, epidural, and peripheral neuromodulation to reduce disability and improve function. Dr. Tate sees patients at Penn Medicine Cherry Hill.
