The PennSTAR Flight Program is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit critical care air and ground medical transportation to the Tri-State Area within a 100-mile radius of Penn Medicine. PennSTAR provides rapid transport of critical care patients between medical centers, as well as "on-scene" services at the site of accidents and trauma-related incidents.
Hospital Staff or 911 Dispatch Centers: To request or arrange ground transportation to or from any hospital, call 877-937-7366 (877-YES-PENN) and our communications center will guide you through the intake process from start to finish.
Patients: In the event of an emergency, call 911 immediately and the operator will assist you.
