John's Story about Arthritis

As Chief of Police, John had pushed his body hard for many years. With arthritis in nearly every joint, his ability to do his job and the activities he loved most was severely limited. He knew he needed a knee replacement, but was afraid of the pain of recovering from surgery. At Penn, John's musculoskeletal team took a total body approach to his treatment and recovery, and helped him get his life back in motion – and free of pain.
