To engage participants in a discussion about behaviors/routines that lead people to smoke.
  • Examine the importance of routines in smoking behavior
  • Identify personally relevant routine changes
  • Examine the impact of disrupting those routines (i.e. fears)

Content

  1. Review concepts from Week #1
  2. Group discussion re: "Routines" homework
  3. Identify implications of changing routine (discomfort)
  4. Discuss how fears can be limiting
