Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is a highly variable genetic disorder that affects several systems of the body. TSC causes characteristic skin lesions and growths in the brain, kidneys, heart and other organs.

We are dedicated to the comprehensive evaluation and management of children and adults with a known or suspected diagnosis of TSC. Penn physicians provide coordinated multidisciplinary care including diagnosis, genetic testing, education, genetic counseling, management and support.

Our physicians collaborate with those at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia to provide care for individuals with TSC.
