Parking Rates

Patients and their guests will need to get their tickets validated at the lobby desk in order to receive these rates.

Long-Term Parking

For patients requiring an extended hospitalization, long-term parking passes are available to family members at a discounted rate. Please contact Patient & Guest Services at 215-829-8777.

Parking Rates

Below are the self-park rates at Walnut Tower. Patients and their guests who receive validation from security in the main lobby will receive a 15 percent discount on rates over 30 minutes.

60 minutes: $21
90 minutes: $30
4 hours: $39
12 hours: $43
24 hours: $48
Evenings (5 pm to 5 am): $22

If you lost your parking ticket, please provide your driver's license and registration to the cashier to fill out a Lost Parking Ticket Form.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available at the Main Hospital Entrance (801 Spruce Street) and behind the Pennsylvania Hospital Farm Journal Building (near Manning and S. Perth Streets) for patients who need assistance and are unable to park themselves. If you are able to park your own car, we ask that you please use our parking garages.

Walking Escorts

Penn Medicine Security provides walking escorts to patients, visitors, and employees who request an escort to parking garages, lots and streets surrounding the hospital perimeter. Escorts are always available — timing depends on security officer availability. Call 215-829-8552 to request a walking escort.
