The Wellfocused team is supporting employees with Health Through the Holidays, a four-week series that takes a “whole person approach” to thriving this holiday season. The series makes it easier to maintain self-care and health during this unusual holiday season.

Maintain Don’t Gain: Fitness – Learn ways to keep your activity levels up even when life seems to get in the way. The Wellfocused team will share ideas to stay motivated and active, especially as the days get shorter and the weather gets colder.
Finding the Silver Lining, or Not – Have you ever heard of toxic positivity? Learn why finding the silver lining isn’t always the best approach to positive thinking. This discussion will help you to make the connection between how gratitude and positivity can combat stress.
Holiday Fun with Wellfocused – Grab your coffee or your lunch and join the Wellfocused team as we take a break from work and connect with each other. Take some of these ideas home with you to connect with your family and friends on another level.
