The Wellfocused Team is dedicated to helping you manage the high demands of work and home, regardless of your goals or life stage. Throughout the month of October, in celebration of National Work and Family Month, the team is offering a variety of programs and support resources that will help you find realistic ways to prioritize and strengthen your ability to manage all aspects of your day-to-day life.

“Managing the demands of home and work life can take a toll, and it is important to remember that hardships in one area of life can impact success in others,” explains Emily McPeak, employee well-being coordinator, UPHS. “Our curated resources are specifically designed to help employees in their professional and personal lives.”

Family-focused events for the month include: “Financial Session for the Sandwich Generation,” “Make the Most of Your Retirement Savings,” “Group Life Coaching – Life Skills for Your Household,” and “Building Nutritious Eating Habits for Life.”

The Wellfocused program will also be offering new programs focused on pre-conception planning as well as an expectant parent program.
