    Jayne Van Bramer has been named chief executive officer at Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital. She will lead the new 126-bed behavioral health facility, which is currently under construction and expected to open in the summer of 2018, greatly expanding access to inpatient and outpatient mental-health treatment for the region.
