Meet Dr. Jaffe

I join the staff at Penn Medicine in Princeton as an accomplished urologic surgeon specializing in complex robotic and minimally invasive surgery for benign and cancerous urologic conditions.

I completed fellowship training in advanced laparoscopic and robotic urologic surgery at the prestigious L’Institut Mutualiste Montsouris in Paris, France where the laparoscopic prostatectomy was pioneered. I completed residency in general surgery and urologic surgery at the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia.

Board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Surgery, I'm an extensively published researcher and experienced presenter on complex laparoscopic and robotic surgeries at national and international conferences.

For multiple years, I've been recognized nationally as a “Top Doc” in U.S. News and World Report, “Top Doctor in Urologic Surgery” by Philadelphia Magazine and a regional “Top Doctor” by Castle Connolly. I previously served as the Urology Chair at St. Mary Medical Center and the Director of Minimally Invasive and Robotic Urologic Surgery at Hahnemann University Hospital and Drexel University College of Medicine.

I also have extensive experience in the field of Urologic Oncology. My focus of expertise is in the diagnosis, evaluation and minimally invasive and robotic treatments of urologic cancers including prostate, bladder, kidney, ureter, adrenal, and testicle cancers. I am among the most experienced urologists in the region using robotic technology to perform complex surgical procedures to help patients preserve their quality of life and live longer with less long term side effects from treatment.

I also have a strong passion in the minimally invasive treatment of kidney stone disease and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). I offer all of the latest minimally invasive treatment available for these benign conditions including Aquablation and Rezum. My minimally invasive surgeries offer patients the benefits of reduced pain, smaller sometimes no incisions, less blood loss, and quicker recovery times.

Your urologic health is my priority, and I am honored to provide you with high quality, innovative, and compassionate care.
