appointment was within 15 min of my scheduled time

asked her to confirm with physician about his offer to prescribe previously taken pain medication but she said i would have to wait until my appt. with physician in june.

a bit of a wait but she was up to date on my health regimen

she listened to me and has always been caring making me confident that as long as i am honest and don't brake my contract and continue to show that i don't abuse my medication, that she truly does care about my health and will take care of me

provider was ill prepared to see me. did not know the reason for my visit. did not seem to know my history.

i had a fall provider didn't hear about what transpired and the pain i was in and i had other problems that provider was not interested in listening to because i had suboxone in my system. the reason being a had to take more medication due to my severe pain and i ran out didn't want to sick. i feel like i wasn't treated like a person and she didn't care about any of my pain issues that i have.

made a follow up call later to discuss the plan.

she did what she had to do can't ask for much more

she was not very personable but she was efficient.

she was very nice but i would have liked to have my dr discuss my options

the provider was inexperienced and uninformed about the treatment of my particular disorder.

i felt unheard and i requested another provider to come in to see me instead, but the same provider came in and tried to make nice and not feeling well. i tried to just agree and give her another chance but the more i think about it the more i was unsatisfied unhappy, especially not feeling well

the provider gave solutions to my problems and explained procedures.

professional yet personable. knew my history

she is very nice and showed she does care

she had zero interpersonal skills, walked in set down at the keyboard and conducted the entire visit from there. never shook my hand as intro or farewell. she is the third pa i have seen-not impressed with any, but she was the worst.

because i waited about 35 minutes for her to come back and didn't have my results

she was very thorough and did not rush through the visit

she was professional, friendly, made sure i understood the next steps.

she listens to what i had to say about how i been feeling she didn't rush me at all and she is a nice and kind doctor

now have better understanding about the spine healing

she is very professional and had a great side bed manner.

for anyone who experiences the type of pain i have, to have some sort of a life as a chronic pain pt

waited 35 minutes in the room for a 5 minute appointment

very knowledgeable and helpful with decision making towards my care

arrived late, didn't seem to review the pre-appt questionnaires completed, did not provide helpful solutions

see what comfortable to speak to and explanatory in her treatment plans in my upcoming future

with every visit all my concerns are gone over

brooklynn had a good understanding of my issues.

the dr was very helpful and helped me with therapy

i loved that she was caring and attentive. and didn't rush through my visit.

showed me what steps that are going to happen after biopsy.

brooklynn was personable and informative. very easy to talk to.

i don't think she said hi or sorry for the long wait. was not very personal able. however she did get me everything i needed

i went in due to excruciating pain. was given one medicine and no other instructions to help alleviate my pain. i feel as if i'm in no better position than before the appointment.

the appointment went well no issues with us communicating

understood my pain and ne t steps for treatment

very respectful of my concerns and happy for my progress.
