My practice includes using talk therapy and anxiety-reducing techniques to regulate mood disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, anger) for adults who feel stuck. I also use psychotherapy to help individuals replace maladaptive communication modes with adaptive ones and to guide them in selecting problem solving strategies that complement their work or relational goals. When needed, I assess individuals for cognitive, diagnostic, and functional purposes. My clients include adults from all walks of life who have emotional, relational, or medical problems that are limiting their lives.
