he was very patient, and he answered all of my questions as well,as giving me all the answers i needed.

listened showed interest/compassion, felt like i had more than two minutes to talk to him and he didn't seem like he had only a few minutes before he had to see another patient. asked a bunch of questions and i felt he listened .
