excellent. professional. very thorough in explaining diagnosis and likely prognosis.

she explained everything to me and i understood.

ms wasserwald answered all of my questions as well as my daughters questions about the procedure and depending on the outcome what the next steps will be etc.

the doctor was extremely friendly and quickly grasped my medical issue, clearly explaining what i needed to do.

listen and showed compassion. answered all questions so i could understand what was going to happen.

i would recommend anyone to meet with sophia as she explains everything thoroughly and i didn't feel rushed.
