Susan M. Domchek, MD, Executive Director of the Basser Center for BRCA and Director of the MacDonald Cancer Risk Evaluation Center at the Abramson Cancer Center, is hosting a webinar, Genetic Testing in Primary Care Practice ─ Where We Are and Where We Are Headed, on Tuesday, March 20, 2018.

Dr. Susan M. Domchek of the Basser Center for BRCA at Penn MedicineWebinar topics will include:

  • An update on genetic testing strategies for breast and ovarian cancer risk
  • The importance of Ashkenazi Jewish ancestry in cancer genetics
  • Issues related to population screening for BRCA 1/2 mutations

Dr. Domchek has been a significant contributor to oncology literature, authoring/co-authoring more than 250 scholarly journal articles throughout her career. Additionally, Dr. Domchek serves as Basser Professor in Oncology at the University of Pennsylvania, and as Senior Fellow, Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics.
