Sometimes, it can be challenging to shift from dialysis treatments to new medications, new lab work and lots of follow-up appointments.

To help you prepare for that transition, kidney transplant coordinator Wanda Gbemudu, MBA, BSN, RN, will take time at the next support group to share helpful advice on what to expect after you receive a kidney transplant.

When:

Wednesday, May 31
1:00-2:30 pm

Where:

The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania
Donner 2 Conference Room
3400 Spruce Street
Philadelphia, PA 19104

Complimentary light refreshments will be served.

To reserve your space, or for additional information, please contact Margaret Leid, transplant outreach coordinator, at margaret.leid@uphs.upenn.edu or 215-298-3929.

We look forward to seeing you on May 31st!
