Fellows at AGSEach cohort of Geriatric Medicine fellows will work together on a group quality improvement project throughout the course of their fellowship training. They will be supported by faculty coaches from the Division of Geriatric Medicine and participate in a formal curriculum designed by the Department of Medicine (DOM).

Scholarly Activity and Professional Development

Fellow presenting at AGSFellows are encouraged to pursue additional scholarly activity during fellowship. There are ample opportunities over the course of the year and a variety of faculty in the division who have mentored fellows. Fellows have dedicated time during their ambulatory blocks to use for research and there is flexibility in most other rotations for independently designed scholarly activity and professional development. Fellows are encouraged to attend local, regional and national conferences. Below are recent examples of presentations and scholarly activity:
