Why I chose Penn Family Medicine for my residency: I chose Penn Family Medicine because I was very excited about the full spectrum training, community medicine track, and social justice curriculum that is integrated into this program. Penn FM is truly committed to serving the West Philadelphia community. Their commitment to antiracism, serving the underserved, and the diversity of faculty and residents is refreshing. I rotated here as a medical student, and it was clear that the faculty and seniors strive to create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
