Penn Dermatology's Pride Team consists of physicians who identify as LGBTQ+ and dedicated allies. Our team is part of broader Penn Medicine LGBTQ Health initiatives, and is guided by the Penn Dermatology LGBTQ+ Patient Health Advisory Board consisting of Penn Dermatology faculty and staff who are committed to delivering the highest quality of patient care and experience. Our mission is to expand knowledge and learning opportunities within the department so that we may better serve our patients; promote inclusivity and equity in patient care; and discuss best practices in patient care guided by the community and current research.
