Shuttle Service

A free shuttle service is available from the 3600 CCB parking garage's Level 2 transportation center on a continuous loop to the Perelman Center, the Pavilion, and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Garage Hours

• Weekdays: Opens Mondays at 5 am, Closes Fridays at midnight
• Weekends: Closed

Parking Rates

Please visit the Cashier's Office on the ground floor of the parking garage before returning to your vehicle.

From the University Avenue exit (346B) off of I-76:

1. From Exit 346B, continue onto South 34th Street
2. South 34th Street turns slightly left and becomes South University Avenue
3. Keep right to merge right onto Civic Center Blvd
4. Turn right onto Health Sciences Drive
5. Turn left onto West Service Drive
6. The entrance to the garage is on your left

Patients have four options to pay for parking:

• Pay by phone by texting the number on your ticket
• Pay by credit card at the entry/exit point
• Pay at pay station located in each elevator lobby
• Pay at pay station located in valet waiting area located on P1

Senior Discount: Patients and guests 62 years and older are eligible for a senior discount.
($1 off up to 3 hours | $2 off after 3 hours)

Long-Term Parking

For patients requiring an extended hospitalization, long-term parking passes are available to family members at a discounted rate. Passes can be purchased at the Pavilion P1 Cashier office.
