For those who traveled the space between Penn Tower and the University Museum, the Pavilion’s new planned walkway, will be a dream come true. With over 60 species of trees, ferns and other greenery – all selected to provide year-round visual interest – the 670-feet long pedestrian walk will provide a calming, healing respite from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The walkway will also connect a new pedestrian bridge across Health Sciences Drive to SEPTA’s University City Station.
