It’s also National Employee Health and Well-Being Month and your Wellfocused team is eager to bring you four weeks of different health and well-being activities and programs for you to participate in.
Each week will be broken into a specific theme:

- Focus on Healthy Minds & Sleep
The benefits of implementing self-care allow you to maintain a positive outlook, increase energy levels, keep relationships strong, refocus yourself, and reduce the negative effects of stress. Real self-care does not cost anything, so dedicate this next month to taking better care of yourself so you can be rejuvenated and provide the best care to your patients, families and others.
