Spring into Open Enrollment — Mark Your Calendars!
Open Enrollment and Health Fair season at UPHS is coming soon! Every year during this time, employees have the opportunity to learn more about the valuable benefits they receive as a UPHS employee, interact with the many UPHS vendors and ask questions at the health fairs, and take positive steps for their own and their family’s optimal well-being.
Open Enrollment begins April 22 and runs through May 5. The annual Open Enrollment newsletter is being mailed home to all UPHS employees in early April. The material outlines benefit information for the 2019-2020 plan year. More detailed information will be available on the HR&You website as open enrollment gets closer. All employees are encouraged to read through the newsletter and contact the benefits team with any questions by calling 215-615-2675, option #4, or emailing BenefitsQuestions@uphs.upenn.edu.

During the fair, you can visit with many of our vendors, learn about your medical plan and other benefits as a UPHS employee, enter raffles for cool prizes, and grab free giveaways. Still Time to Enter!
There’s still time to enter the Race to Wellness! Just grab four of your colleagues and start the race-based steps challenge and compete against many other UPHS teams across the organization. You can earn up to 250 points and bragging rights for participating.
To download Jiff/Enroll in Wellfocused:
- Download the Jiff-Health Benefits app on your iPhone or Android device by visiting the Apple Store or Google Play. You can also open the web app on your computer.
- Click “Activate your account” and use the Jiff token “wellfocused” to create your account.
- Enter your last name and date of birth to verify your account.
