OPEN ENROLLMENT AND VENDOR SPOTLIGHT SEASON AT UPHS IS QUICKLY APPROACHING! Each spring, employees have the opportunity to learn more about the valuable benefits they receive at UPHS, interact with experts during virtual vendor spotlights, and take an active role in selecting the benefits that support their own well-being, as well as the well-being of their family.
Open Enrollment begins Monday, April 18, and runs through Sunday, May 1.* The elections made during the annual Open Enrollment period will become effective on Friday, July 1. Detailed benefit information will be shared with UPHS employees electronically and by mail. All employees are encouraged to review the information closely and contact the benefits team at benefitsquestions@pennmedicine.upenn.edu with questions.
The upcoming Vendor Spotlights also provide employees with an opportunity to learn more about their benefit options and interact with UPHS benefit vendors. This year’s spotlights will be held virtually, and employees will have the opportunity to ask questions and gather the information they need to make informed decisions. The UPHS Benefits and Wellness departments will host a live vendor Q&A spotlight with some of the top UPHS vendors. In addition, the Benefits department has created a one-stop-shop website that includes all of the information employees would typically gather during an in-person health fair. A link to the one-stop-shop website, along with details about registering for the vendor spotlights, will be available on uphshrandyou.com. *The Open Enrollment period taking place between Monday, April 18, and Sunday, May 1, applies to Philadelphia-region employees and employees at Chester County Hospital.
Princeton Health’s Open Enrollment period will take place Monday, May 2, through Monday, May 16.
Lancaster General’s Open Enrollment period will take place Sunday, May 15, through Tuesday, May 31.
