Representatives from American Heart Association – Central PA deliver hats to WBH team members in the lobby of the hospital.
To kick off Heart Month, the American Heart Association – Central PA delivered 300 tiny red hats to Women & Babies Hospital. The hats, part of the national Little Hats, Big HeartsTM project, were hand-knit by local volunteers. A hat was be delivered to each baby born at the hospital through the month of February.
Newborns at WBH weren’t the only ones sporting red for Heart Month. In recognition of Go Red for Women, LG Health employees wore red to raise awareness for women’s heart health. All submitted employee photos are available on LG Health’s Facebook page.
