Year after year, Penn Medicine LG Health employees come together to bring holiday cheer to their colleagues through the Spirit of Giving program.
“This tradition has become deeply ingrained in our organization. It exemplifies the compassion and commitment we have for one another on our best and worst days,” said Alex Jorgenson, Chief Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness Officer.
The Spirit of Giving program, now in its 14th year, benefits LG Health employees whose families are experiencing a serious need or emergency situation during the holiday season. This year, departments and teams adopted 145 families.
