The learning objectives of our research grand rounds series is to present:

  • Recent advances in the diagnoses and treatments of impairments, disabilities and compromised performance associated with traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries, spinal injuries, sport injuries, and musculoskeletal injuries
  • Recent advances in cutting edge rehabilitation research and newer developments in rehabilitation interventions including technological advances
  • Recent advances in clinical care in physical medicine and rehabilitation
  • Relevant material that my provide insight into translating advances into clinical practice
  • Relevant research activities in associated fields of colleagues in the UPENN, Philadelphia, and National community
  • Relevant cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic factors that contribute to diversity and disparities in rehabilitation treatment and interventions

Lectures take place every other month on the third Tuesday at Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Conference Room at the Penn Medicine at Rittenhouse.
