Earlier Appointment Check-In

You now have the option to save time at your next Penn Medicine appointment by using Pre Check-In. This is a new feature on MyChart by myPennMedicine that lets you confirm or change your contact information, medications, allergies and current health issues, and, if needed, sign paperwork up to four days before your visit.

More Health Records in One Place

You can now link your MyChart by myPennMedicine account to your myChart account at other health organizations, such as Jefferson Health. This will let you see more of your health records in one place. Depending on the organization, you may be able to securely view messages, test results and upcoming appointments.

To activate this feature login in to MyChart by myPennMedicine and select the LINK MY ACCOUNTS button at the top of your Welcome page

Enhanced Notification Preferences

Convenient Health Record Sharing

Share Everywhere lets you give providers one-time, limited access to your health information on MyChart by myPennMedicine, such as medications, allergies, immunizations and other health issues. This feature also lets providers send messages to your Penn Medicine care team.

Quicker Access to Provider Notes

MyChart by myPennMedicine offers easy access to notes written and shared by your care team during your outpatient visits. These notes often include important information on taking medications or managing a condition.
