What to Expect at Penn Presbyterian

The Penn Presbyterian Patient and Guest Relations Department is located on the first floor Wrights Saunders Building, Suite 185 across from the Human Resources office. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. After hours you may leave a message at 215-662-9100. Calls will be returned on the next business day. If your call is of an urgent nature you may call 215-662-8000.

The Patient and Guest Relations staff members are available to assist you with:

• Advance directives
• Advocacy and issue resolution
• Driving directions, parking options, and public transportation
• Campus maps
• Facing difficult decisions (ethical issues)
• Hearing impaired (combination TTY and telephone)
• Hotel accommodations and restaurants
• Language interpreter services (CyraCom language telephone)
• Pastoral care
• Patient Bill of Rights and Responsibilities
• Television and telephone service

Outpatient Registration

Patient registration for all Penn Presbyterian Short Procedure Unit outpatient testing and procedures (other than cardiac testing) is located in the Cupp Pavilion, adjacent to the information desk. Patients scheduled for outpatient cardiac testing should go directly to the Heart & Vascular Pavilion on Myrin Circle, adjacent to Scheie Eye Institute.

Registration, pre-registration for outpatient ancillary services:

• Phlebotomy (laboratory)
• Radiology (including MRI, ultrasound, vascular, special studies, CT/scans)
• Women's imaging
• ECHO, nuclear medicine, stress tests
