Erin received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. She completed two years of residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (PGY1 & PGY2-Solid Organ Transplantation). Before joining Pennsylvania Hospital in August 2017, Erin spent ten years as the clinical pharmacy specialist for the Penn Transplant Institute’s Liver Transplant Program. Her interests include health literacy, transitions in care, antibody mediated rejection, graft versus host disease and CMV. Her publications include papers in Clinical Transplants, American Journal of Nephrology, and Annals of Pharmacotherapy.
