Riya received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Ernest Mario School of Pharmacy at Rutgers University in New Jersey. She completed her PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City and her PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency at BronxCare Health System in Bronx, NY. She works as a clinical pharmacy specialist in the cardiology practice. Her areas of interest include chronic disease state management, cardiology, diabetes and pulmonology.
