In addition to bedside teaching through our three clinical services, Penn Pain Medicine offers a robust didactic program, with formal presentations four days a week. All students rotating on all rotations participate in this program.
In general, Penn Pain Medicine has three anesthesiology residents on the service, rotating on four-week blocks. In addition, Penn Pain Medicine has three anesthesiology-pain medicine fellows who stay with the program for 12 months.
Our pain medicine fellowship is accredited by the American Council on Graduate Medical Education.
