Penn Medicine OnDemand (PMOD) is an internal medicine practice providing urgent medical care services to patients 14 and older, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When clinically indicated, patients to be seen in-person at Perelman Center for Advanced Medicine, 3400 Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19104.
To participate in a Penn Medicine OnDemand virtual visit, you must:
- Be physically present in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware or Maryland at the time of your virtual visit.
- Be 14 or older.
- Have a video and audio-enabled device, such as a smartphone, tablet or computer with a front-facing camera and updated operating system. Smartphones and tablets are strongly recommended for Penn Medicine OnDemand virtual visits.

If you participate in a Penn Medicine OnDemand virtual visit, you do so via telemedicine and do not visit a physical practice location. During a Penn Medicine OnDemand virtual visit, your provider may recommend a follow-up, in-person, or office-based appointment with another Penn Medicine provider. The Penn Medicine OnDemand team may help you schedule that in-person visit at a time and location that is convenient for you.
