Our departmental DEI Committee is an outgrowth and evolution of the Committee for Culture, Diversity and Inclusion. We are gratified to have passionate volunteers from across all sectors of the department who collaborate on initiatives that align with our strategic plan, foster a sense of belonging, and promote equitable practices for our diverse colleagues and patients.
