Scott Halpern, Kate Courtright, Niharika Ganta received a grant for the improvement of CKD management, focusing specifically on the equity and effectiveness of home-based palliative care. (Spring 2023)
Ramy Sedhom received a $2.5M grant from the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation to fund specialized geriatric cancer care at Princeton, which will include palliative care! Read more here. (March 2023)
Sarah Winawer-Wetzel and Niharika Ganta received a 15-Minute Podium Presentation Award from AAHPM. Their presentation, “Beyond Bystanders: Training Palliative Care Clinicians in "Upstander" Allyship” was presented in March at the Annual Assembly in Montreal. The award recognizes the top 5% of podium presentations. (February 2023)
