Visiting Students

The Department of Neurosurgery welcomes fourth year medical students who have a specific interest in the field of neurosurgery to rotate on the neurosurgery service for a one-month rotation as a sub-intern. The rotation is set up through the Perelman School of Medicine, therefore the student will need to first contact the medical school for application. However, the neurosurgery department is in direct contact with the medical school to help facilitate this application process. Please ensure to complete the necessary application requirements, which includes a copy of your curriculum vitae, board scores, and medical school transcript. If any difficulties or concerns arise throughout this process, please contact Susan Small.
