Our Department’s quality improvement and safety activities are led and performed by interprofessional teams, and guided by our Department’s quality improvement and safety strategy, as well as the University of Pennsylvania Health System’s Blueprints for Quality and Patient Safety, and Health Equity and Inclusion.
