About Dr. Acker

Dr. Acker is a PGY4 in the integrated cardiac surgery training program. He is currently pursuing his MBA at The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania during his two years of academic enrichment. He is interested in a career in adult cardiac surgery focusing on heart failure and mechanical circulatory support. He is also interested in device development in cardiac surgery and health care administration.
