About Dr. Deldar

Dr. Deldar completed her general surgery residency training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington DC. She completed a yearlong research fellowship in reconstructive surgery during her general surgery training. She is interested in pursuing a career in academic plastic surgery.

Research

Dr. Deldar completed a clinical research fellowship with the Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital from July 2021 to June 2022. Her research principally focused on functional outcomes of microvascular reconstruction for diabetic lower limb salvage.
