Kristopher S. Fayock, MDThank you for your interest in our fellowship program. Penn is an amazing place to learn Sports Medicine. Our mission is to develop well-rounded primary care sports medicine physicians. The fellows will be prepared to be excellent clinicians and educators in musculoskeletal medicine in a variety of settings. They will be ready to serve as team physicians for high level NCAA schools, as well as professional sports teams. The fellows take care of a diverse population in both West Philadelphia and Center City Philadelphia. We are fortunate to have a large faculty of primary care sports medicine physicians from several specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and pediatrics. We work very closely with our orthopedic sports medicine faculty as well. There are many opportunities to grow your academics skills through teaching a variety of learners, including ATCs, medical students, residents, and other fellows. We hope that you will apply to our program.
